About This Discussion:
This discussion will focus around educating the attendees on defining what test driven development is, challenges related to test driven development and its relationship to lean. Attendees can expect to take away basic knowledge of this top as well as an understanding of how to obtain more information that will be useful in implementing this methodolgy in their own organizations.
About Our Presenter:
Scott Mackay was a Project/Program Manager at Boeing for over 20 years and then Project Manager / Business Analyst at Computer Sciences Corporation for almost 14 years. He is currently working for Daugherty Business Solutions here in Atlanta as a consultant for all things BA. Has resided in Georgia for over 35 years.
Was a founding member of St. Louis IIBA Chapter and has been a member of Hampton Roads, Central Indiana, Silicon Valley, Bakersfield and Atlanta chapters over the years. He has presented on subjects such as “My life as a BA”, “Requirements Elicitation”, “Creating a Lean SDLC”, and “Project Estimation”, “Living with Waterfall – Go Lean”, and “Visual Modeling”. Also, was one of many BAs who helped to shape the 3.0 release of the BABOK.
Father of two, now grown adults. Active volunteer with the National Parks as a Volunteer-In-Park (Master Ranger). Also, a board member of CMI Atlanta.
