Perform on Purpose:

Applying Olympic Tools for Performance

Wednesday June 15th at 6PM

Featuring Dr. Megan Neyer

(location details provided below Eventbrite link)

About This Presentation:

Performing at an optimal level is a constant pressure in today’s competitive workplace.  “Corporate athletes” require precision and stamina in their performance just as elite athletes do.  The mental skills of elite athletes transfer easily to the challenge of high performance in the workplace. The well-established tenets of sports psychology and physiology, combined with insights from world-class competitors, can guide leaders, managers and employees to perform at their best in business environments.
Being focused, getting proper nutrition, exercise and enough sleep are foundations for high performance in sports and business alike.  What else can you learn from elite athletics?  Managing our four main energy sources -- physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual – is critical to high performance and good health.  In this seminar, performance consultant and Olympian Dr. Megan Neyer teaches these tenets, share stories of the Olympic journey, and coaches participants in “performing on purpose.”  In anticipation of the Rio Olympics, come find out the secrets to how the best in the world consistently perform at the top of their game!
