Living with a Waterfall SDLC
Presented by Scott Mackay
Wednesday, November 11th at 6PM
7000 Central Parkway, Suite 570, Atlanta, GA 30328
(location details provided below Eventbrite link)
About this presentation:
Some organizations, for one reason or another, will not allow the adoption of radical new change or new SDLC. So at this point you're faced with two choices. You could give up or you can strive to slowly make changes and learn to adapt. This presentation will concentrate on slowly adapting by introducing elements of Lean and using it as a stepping stone to further changes.
