Best Practices for Successful Video Training

Presented by Vic Uzumeri

Wednesday, April 16th, 2014 at 6PM
7000 Central Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30328

(location details provided below Eventbrite link)

About this presentation:

Software developers, process managers, trainers and analysts have been using various forms of video for decades. However, despite the widespread use, there are surprisingly few guidelines and best practices to guide users. Most people seem to develop their own home-cooked approaches. Some work well, some poorly, and many are a waste of time and money. In this presentation. Dr. Vic Uzumeri will use simple, practical examples to present a structured framework for selecting and applying video techniques to business process situations.
